5” slab on grade with conventional footing design

12”, 18” and 36” thick perimeter shotcrete walls

(1 1/2) Levels of 9 ½” thick conventionally reinforced suspended deck slabs (parking levels)

(1) Level of 13” & 15” thick conventionally reinforced suspended deck slab (New Community Center Bldg.)

Cast-in-place interior shear walls from basement level through ground floor level

Cast-in-place planter wall feature along drive ramp entrance

Masonry interior walls for equipment rooms, elevator pit and shear walls

“Light weight” structural concrete topping slabs over metal decking for community center and roof top equipment pads.

Extensive structural steel embeds for structural steel framed building on top of ground level deck slab

18” diameter caissons and grade beams for cantilevered slab are for new child care center

Restrictive site conditions with work being performed while adjacent buildings remained open and active during all phases of construction (church & schools).
